At TheKalpa.in, we offer two shipping methods:

  1. Shiprocket Aggregator Shipping: Managed by TheKalpa.in.
  2. Vendor-Managed Shipping: Managed by individual vendors.

1. Shiprocket Aggregator Shipping

When vendors choose to use our Shiprocket aggregator service, TheKalpa.in will manage the entire shipping process. This includes:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
  • Tracking: Buyers receive a tracking number once the order is shipped, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination but generally range between 3-10 business days.

2. Vendor-Managed Shipping

Vendors have the option to handle their own shipping. If a vendor chooses this method, the following applies:

  • Order Processing: Vendors are responsible for processing orders and preparing them for shipment.
  • Shipping Rates: Vendors set their own shipping rates and policies, which are displayed on their product pages.
  • Tracking: Vendors must provide tracking information to buyers.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are determined by the vendor and may vary. Buyers should refer to the vendor’s shipping policy for specific details.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within India. International shipping options may be available for certain products, as indicated on the product page.
  • P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Handling and Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • During peak times or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain situations may cause delays, including but not limited to:
