Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Downloadable software or products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Gift card.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- After the delivery of product you will see a return button on your order page. Just raise a return then follow the given instructions to complete your return process or Contact our customer service team at support@thekalpa.in within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Once your return request is approved , our return shipping partner’s representative will contact you to pickup the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Conditions for Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- After our processing, refunds will be processed, but you may receive your refund immediately or delayed depending on the policies of your bank or original method of payment.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your original method of payment company, such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Bank Transfer etc., it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thekalpa.in.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@thekalpa.in within 7 days of receiving your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Before order read the policies of the sellers that they allow exchange for particular product or not.
