A.- TheKalpa.in is a multivendor marketplace where various sellers offer a wide range of products, providing a comprehensive shopping experience for customers.
A: To create an account, click on the “Sign Up or Account” button at the top right corner of the homepage, fill in the required details, and follow the instructions to verify your email.
A: Browse our marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and make a payment.
A: We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and various digital wallets. You can see the full list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.
A: After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
A: To become a seller, click on “Sell Your Products” on the homepage, complete the registration form, and submit the required documents for verification. Once approved, you can start listing your products.
A: There are no upfront fees for listing products. We charge a commission on each sale, which varies depending on the product category. Detailed fee information is available in the Seller Dashboard.
A: Log in to your seller account and go to the “Inventory” section. Here, you can add new products, update stock levels, and manage your listings.
A: We are offer various shipping options including standard, expedited, and same-day delivery (where available). Shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout.
A: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
A: We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. Products must be returned in their original condition. Some items may have different return policies, which will be mentioned on the product page. For more information must visit the Return and Refund Page.
A: To request a return or refund, log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” section, select the order, and click on “Request Return/Refund.” Follow the instructions provided.
