  • A: TheKalpa.in is a multivendor marketplace where various sellers offer a wide range of products, providing a comprehensive shopping experience for customers.

  • A: To create an account, click on the “Sign Up or Account” button at the top right corner of the homepage, fill in the required details, and follow the instructions to verify your email.

Buying on TheKalpa.in

Q1: How do I place an order?

  • A: Browse our marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and make a payment.

Q2: What payment methods are accepted?

  • A: We at initial stage currently accepting only online payment via scanning QR code by any UPI app. Don’t worry it is safe and secure. We are upgrading soon to accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and various digital wallets. You can see the full list of accepted payment methods during the checkout process.

Q3: How can I track my order?

  • A: After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.

Selling on TheKalpa.in

Q1: How do I become a seller on TheKalpa.in?

  • A: To become a seller, click on “Sell Your Products” on the homepage, then click on “Vendor Registration”, complete the registration form, and submit the required documents for verification. Once approved, you can start listing your products.

Q2: Are there any fees for selling?

  • A: There are no upfront fees for listing products. We charge a commission on each sale, which varies depending on the product category. Detailed fee information is available in the Seller Dashboard.

Q3: How do I manage my inventory?

  • A: Log in to your seller account and go to the “Inventory” section. Here, you can add new products, update stock levels, and manage your listings.

Shipping and Delivery

Q1: What are the shipping options available?

  • A: We offer various shipping options including standard, expedited, and same-day delivery (where available). Shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout.

Q2: How are shipping fees calculated?

  • A: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Q1: What is the return policy?
