First you have to login to your account, there are two way to login 1st by clicking menu Sell Your Products then Store Manager and 2nd by clicking on the My Account icon at the right upper corner of the home page. After clicking you will see the page as image given below.

TheKalpa.in vendor dashboard provides a user-friendly interface with clear sections to streamline your online store management. Let’s explore the vendor dashboard:
My Store:
This section serves as your store’s homepage within the dashboard. You can customize it to reflect your brand identity.
Home:
This is your central dashboard landing page, providing an overview of important metrics or announcements from TheKalpa.in.

Media:
This section allows you to manage product images, videos, and other multimedia content for your listings. Even you can delete images and videos in bulk.

Articles:
(Optional) If enabled by TheKalpa.in, this section allows you to create and publish informative articles related to your products or brand, potentially boosting customer engagement. To write the article click on the Add New button.

Products:
This is the heart of your online store. Here, you can add new products, edit existing listings, manage stock levels, and set competitive prices.

Products- Add New:
By using this button, you can add new products to your dashboard. There are mandatory submenus within this menu; until you complete these submenus, you won’t be able to submit your products.

As per the image given below there are three categories available-
- Simple Product- These products are standalone items with a single SKU and price.
- Variable Product- These products offer multiple options (e.g., size, color) and each combination is considered a separate product.
- Grouped Product- These products are collections of individual products sold together, but customers can purchase items separately.
- You can add the Price and Sale Price of the products.
- Add short Description of your products.
- Add long description of the products.
- Add photos and more photos by clicking plus sign given below to picture symbol.
- Chose category of your product. If your product’s categories is not available in this category list please contact to the admin or email to support@thekalpa.in.

Product- Inventory:
SKU: SKU stands for Stock Keeping Unit. It’s a unique identifier assigned to each product variant to track inventory, pricing, and other details. For example, a red, small t-shirt would have a different SKU than a blue, large t-shirt.
- Manage Stock: By clicking this check-box you can manage your stocks.
- Stock status:
- In stock: Product is available for immediate purchase.
- Out of stock: Product is currently unavailable.
- On backorder: Product is temporarily out of stock but can be ordered for future delivery.

Product- Shipping:
- Write your products shipping data here.
- Weight: Write the weight of your package in kg.
- Dimensions: Write the length, width and height of package in centimeters only.
- Shipping: By default it is settled with no shipping class.
- Processing Time: Write estimated duration between when an order is placed and when it’s ready to be shipped. It includes tasks like order verification, product assembly, and packaging.

Product- TAX:
- Tax Status: Define whether your product is taxable or nontaxable.
- Tax Class: Select the tax classed by drop down menu.

Product- Attributes:
This are specific characteristics or properties of a product that help customers refine their search and selection. Examples include size, color, material, brand, or any other relevant detail. They are used to create variations within variable products. If you want other attributes which are not mentioned here please ask to admin or email at support@thekalpa.in

Product- Linked:
- This are products associated with another product for marketing or inventory purposes. This can include:
- Related products: Similar items that customers might also be interested in.
- Upsells: Higher-priced alternatives or add-ons.
- Cross-sells: Complementary products often purchased together.
These links are used to suggest additional items to customers, increasing sales and providing a better shopping experience.

Product- SEO:
- Give the searchable and attractive title for your product.
- Description for your product.

Others
- Product– Brand: If your products are branded then write the brand name and if it is not then write a word generic.
- Product– Manufacturer: Write manufacturer name of the product.
- Product- Material: Write material name which was used to make the product.
- Product- Seller: Write the seller name.
- Product- Content of the package: Write how many products your package contains like in case of mobile- 1 Mobile, 1 Charging adapter, 1 USB data cable, 1 User Manual.
- Product- Warranty: If the product has a warranty, enter the warranty details.
- Product- Model Name: If the product has a model name, enter the name.
- Product- Policies: If you have any product policies, please write.
Orders:
This section keeps you updated on all customer orders. You can track order status, manage fulfillment, and process refunds efficiently.

Coupons:
This section allows you to create and manage promotional coupons to attract customers and boost sales.

Customers:
This section provides insights into your customer base. You can access customer details, purchase history, and potentially initiate communication for improved customer service.

Refund:
This section streamlines the customer refund process, allowing you to manage and issue refunds efficiently.

Add to My Store:
This section used for adding new products from other vendors to your marketplace.

Settings:
This section allows you to manage your store settings, including profile information, shipping preferences, and potentially payment gateway integrations.
Setting- Store:
In this section you can set your store by adding store name, store email address, store phone number, store logo, Banners, Banner for mobile view.


Setting- Location:
In this section you have to set your store location by adding address of your store and map your location by using map.

Setting- Payment:
In this section you have to set your payment details such as bank details where you will get your payments.

Setting- SEO:
It is a very important section to rank your store in front of the customers.
- SEO Title: Give the title which matches your product’s name, so it will be easy let your store rank if customer type product name which you sell.
- Meta Description: It will show below your store name on TheKalpa.in.
- Meta Keywords: Type some keywords which was related to your products.

Setting- Store Policies:
If you want to set your store policies by your own, you can do so.

Setting- Customer Support:
In this section you can set your customer support like phone number, email and your business address here.

Setting- Store Hours:
You can set your store hours here.

Payments:
This section provides an overview of your earnings and transactions on TheKalpa.in.

Ledger Book:
This section allows you to view a detailed record of your financial transactions on TheKalpa.in.

Reports:
This section provides valuable sales and performance reports to help you analyze trends and make informed business decisions.

Reviews:
This section allows you to view and manage customer reviews of your products and services.

Logout:
By clicking in logout button you can logout from TheKalpa.in
Profile Manager:
You can see your profile on the right upper corner. In this section you can edit your following profile.

Personal:
- Avatar: You can add your avatar photos here.
- First Name: This section will be pre-filled, if you want to make changes, you can do so.
- Last Name: This section will be pre-filled, if you want to make changes, you can do so.
- Email: This section will be pre-filled, if you want to make changes, you can do so.
- Phone: This section will be pre-filled, if you want to make changes, you can do so.
- Password: Do not write anything if you don’t want to change the password which you have settled while registering as a vendor in this website. If you want change the old password you can do so.
- About: You can write few lines about you.

Address:
You can set your Billing and Shipping address here. If both address are same than check the box given for shipping.

Social:
In this section you can add your social profile here, so your customer can follow you.
